Valeureuse was a 40-gun Valeureuse-class frigate of the French Navy.
She took part in the Atlantic campaign of 1806 in Willaumez's squadron. In August 1806, she was separated from the fleet by a storm, and took refuge on 31 in Delaware Bay, in such a bad state that she had to be sold.
