The Governor of the Northern Province, Sri Lanka (Sinhalese: උතුරු පළාත් ආණ්ඩුකාරවරයා Uthuru palāth āndukāravarayā) is the head of the provincial government and exercises executive power over subjects devolved to the Northern Provincial Council. The governor is appointed by the President of Sri Lanka for a period of five years. The position is currently occupied by Reginald Cooray, also current Governor of the Central Province.
