Patrick entered the house on Day 1. He made it to the final on Day 106, and left as the runner up to Serena.
Renato entered the house on Day 8, but not as a fully-fledged housemate. The public voted for Renato or Ascanio to become a housemate and Renato received the least votes and was evicted, finishing fourteenth overall.

Serena entered the house on Day 1 and made it to the final on Day 106, with Katia and Patrick, and was the crowned the winner of Grande Fratello Season 4.
