Greek National Road 11 (Greek: Εθνική Οδός 11, abbreviated as EO11) is a dual carriageway in the Thessaloniki Urban Area in Central Macedonia, Greece. Planned in 1975 and put into service in the 1990s, it is the north-western section of the Thessaloniki Inner Ring Road.
Starting from an interchange with the Motorway 25 in northern Thessaloniki, it passes the municipalities Pavlos Melas, Kordelio-Evosmos and Ampelokipoi-Menemeni and connects with the Thessaloniki New Western Entrance and Motorway 2.
The road is currently being further upgraded to full Motorway standard with three new intersections being built. Upon completion the road is planned to be named Motorway A121.
