Harbor Bluffs is a census-designated place (CDP) in Pinellas County, Florida, United States. The population was 2,860 at the 2010 census.
Harbor Bluffs is located at 27°54′28″N 82°49′30″W / 27.90778°N 82.82500°W (27.907699, -82.825074).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.5 km² (0.9 mi²), of which 1.8 km² (0.7 mi²) is land and 0.7 km² (0.3 mi²) (27.37%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 2,807 people, 1,186 households, and 876 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 1,548.3/km² (4,030.3/mi²). There were 1,251 housing units at an average density of 690.0/km² (1,796.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 97.04% White, 0.11% African American, 0.04% Native American, 1.57% Asian, 0.25% from other races, and 1.00% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.96% of the population.
There were 1,186 households out of which 25.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.4% were married couples living together, 5.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 26.1% were non-families. 21.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 13.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
