Hatvan culture

The Hatvan culture was a Hungarian Bronze Age archaeological culture that succeeded the Nagyrév culture. Burials were carried out via cremation. Settlements were often fortified; containing long rectangular houses made of timber and daub. It was named after Hatvan, Hungary.
