Hayashima (早島町? Hayashima-chō) is a town located in Tsukubo District, Okayama Prefecture, Japan.
As of April 1, 2017, the town has a population of 12,331 and a density of 1,600 persons per km². This is the highest population density of any municipality in Okayama Prefecture. The total area is 7.61 km², making it also the smallest municipality.
