Horní Újezd is a village and municipality (obec) in Přerov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 6.86 square kilometres (2.65 sq mi), and has a population of 431 (as at 3 July 2006).

Horní Újezd lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) east of Přerov, 39 km (24 mi) south-east of Olomouc, and 249 km (155 mi) east of Prague.
