Hostěradice is a village and municipality (obec) in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 27.28 square kilometres (10.53 sq mi), and has a population of 1,472 (as at 3 July 2006).
Hostěradice lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) north-east of Znojmo, 39 km (24 mi) south-west of Brno, and 185 km (115 mi) south-east of Prague.
