Sardar Israr Ullah Khan Gandapur (Urdu: سردار اسرار اللہ خان گنڈا پور; borne 6 August 1975 - 16 October 2013) was a Pakistani politician hailing from Kulachi, Dera Ismail Khan District, belong to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. Who served as Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly. He is also served as three times Member of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly. He was killed by a suicide bomb blast on the first day of Eid al-Adha while greeting with locals at his residence in Kulachi village on 16 October 2013.
After Sardar Israr Ullah Khan Gandapur's death the Govt Degree College Kulachi, D.I.Khan named Govt Degree College Shaheed Israr Ullah Khan Gandapur KULACHI D.I.Khan.
