Jack Edgar Brereton (born 13 May 1991) is a Conservative Party MP for Stoke-on-Trent South and one of two Conservative councillors representing Baddeley, Milton and Norton ward on Stoke-on-Trent City Council. Aged 26, he was the youngest Conservative MP in the 2017 intake. He first stood for Parliament in the Stoke-on-Trent Central by-election, 2017.
Brereton was born in Stoke-on-Trent. He graduated from Keele University with a degree in Politics and International Relations in 2012, and further studied at University College London. He was formerly employed as a Parliamentary Assistant to Conservative MP Karen Bradley.
