Jauniūnai is a village in Širvintos district municipality, Lithuania. It is near A2 highway and European route E272. According to the 2001 census, it had 185 residents.

Jauniūnai has a natural gas compression station, which is why village was selected to be finish point of planned Lithuania–Poland pipeline.
