Jevgeni Ossinovski (born 15 March 1986, in Kohtla-Järve, Estonia) is an Estonian politician and the current leader of the Estonian Social Democratic Party. He was the Minister of Education and Research from 26 March 2014 to 9 April 2015. Since 14 September 2015 he is the Minister of Health and Labor. He is the son of Oleg Ossinovski (), a prominent industrialist who emigrated to Estonia from Soviet Kazakhstan in the 1980s.
London School of Economics and Political Science has awarded him MSc in Comparative Politics (with Distinction) in 2010.
