Jiří Plišek (born 21 August 1972) is a Czech football manager and former player.
Plíšek joined Gambrinus liga side FC Hradec Králové as manager in the summer of 2012, replacing the outgoing Václav Kotal. He remained in his position until April 2013, when he was sacked.
He has coached both FK Željezničar Sarajevo (from 2004–05) and of FK Sarajevo (from July–December 2011).
