João Lourenço da Cunha (born 1345) was a Portuguese nobleman, 2nd Lord of Pombeiro.
João was born in Portugal, son of Martim Lourenço da Cunha and Maria Gonçalves de Briteiros, maternal granddaughter of Martim Afonso Chichorro. His wife was Leonor Teles, daughter of Martim Afonso Telo de Meneses and Aldonça Anes de Vasconcelos, descendant of João Peres de Vasconcelos. Leonor abandoned her husband and married King Ferdinand I of Portugal.
