Joel Stepp (born February 11, 1983) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey centre who was selected by Mighty Ducks of Anaheim in the 3rd round (#69 overall) of the 2001 NHL Entry Draft.
Stepp played five seasons of professional hockey, including 146 regular-season games in the American Hockey League for the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks, Portland Pirates, and Chicago Wolves.
