Johan Wilhelm Palmstruch

Johan Wilhelm Palmstruch (3 March 1770 – 30 August 1811, Vänersborg) was a soldier, artist and naturalist.

Palmstruch was a Swedish captain of cavalry. Known as the Swedish Sowerby he published two vast works of natural history, Svensk Botanik et Svensk Zoologi.
