Kaloula walteri is a species of frog in the Microhylidae family.
It is endemic to the Philippines, where it is found in the mountains of southeastern Luzon Island and Polillo Island. Kaloula walteri is most closely related to Kaloula rigida.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, subtropical or tropical moist shrubland, rivers, intermittent rivers, arable land, pastureland, and plantations . It is threatened by habitat loss.
