Kathleen Kelly Burkett was an American consultant and Democratic member of the St. Louis County Council. She represented the second district from 2002 to 2014.
For thirty years, Kathleen Burkett managed a small service business in Overland. She now works as a consultant in the same field. She is a member of the Overland Business Association and the North West Chamber of Commerce.
Kathleen Burkett has been a Director of the Community Fire Protection District, the President of the North Central County 911 Fire Alarm System, a municipal Police Advisory Board member, and a member of the County Board of Highways and Traffic. She is also a member of the National Women's Political Caucus. She has been a member of the St. Louis County Council since 2002.
