Kentucky Route 365 (KY 365) is a 10.130-mile-long (16.303 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway connects rural areas of Crittenden County with Sturgis in Union County.
KY 365 begins at an intersection with U.S. Route 60 (US 60) north-northeast of Mattoon, within Crittenden County. It travels to the northwest and curves to the north-northeast. It curves back to the north-northwest and passes Duncan and Walker cemeteries before curving back to the north-northeast. It travels along the eastern edge of the Big Rivers Wildlife Management Area and State Forest and curves to the east. It crosses over the Tradewater River, where it leaves the WMA/state forest and enters Union County. KY 365 curves to the north-northeast and enters Sturgis. It intersects KY 923 (Old Providence Road). It then meets its northern terminus, an intersection with US 60/KY 109 (5th Street).
