Kentucky Route 890 (KY 890) is a north-south rural secondary state highway in west-central Kentucky. It is a 10.206 miles (16.425 km)-long state highway that traverses northern Todd and southern Muhlenberg Counties.
KY 890 is considered a "loop road", because it starts and ends with intersections with the same highway is originated from. It begins in the Todd County community of Clifty at a junction with KY 181. It intersects KY 181 again at KY 890's northern terminus in Muhlenberg County well south of Greenville.
