Kostrzyna [kɔsˈtʂɨna] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Panki, within Kłobuck County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Panki, 18 km (11 mi) west of Kłobuck, and 78 km (48 mi) north of the regional capital Katowice.
