L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon is a three Michelin-starred restaurant in Hong Kong. It is located at Shop 401, The Landmark, Queen's Road Central. The restaurant is run by French celebrity chef Joël Robuchon, it was his fifth L'Atelier restaurant to open, while the head chef is Olivier Elzer. Established in 2006, the restaurant was based on his Tokyo restaurant.

The decor of the restaurant has been described as "contemporary chic featuring lush red velvet seating complemented by dark wood furniture." Like the Tokyo restaurant, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon of Hong Kong is divided into two areas – L'Atelier and Le Jardin. The seats of L'Atelier are in a square around the open kitchen, in a manner similar to a sushi restaurant. The restaurant has an extensive wine collection, and was awarded the Wine Spectator's "Grand Award" in 2010. As of 2012, there are twelve L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon restaurants around the world.

The restaurant was first announced in March 2006, with the restaurant opening later that year. The restaurant concept was based on his Tokyo edition, established three years earlier. It was his fifth L'Atelier restaurant to open, which means "artist's workshop".

Zagat says of the restaurant, "Spend your children's inheritance for a fabulous experience at this Robuchon production in Central, where you sit at the counter and watch the show unfold in the open kitchen, which produces a tasting menu of superbly executed, modern French cuisine in small portions, paired with one of the best wine lists in town; beautiful, yet subdued decor graces the impressive space, and the service is excellent."

In 2008, the restaurant received two stars in the Michelin Guide's inaugural 2009 Hong Kong and Macau edition. It was one of two of Robuchon's restaurants in that edition, alongside Robuchon a Galera in Macau, who received three stars. These were amongst the 25 Michelin stars gained by Robuchon that year. L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon later gained three stars in the 2011 Guide, and has maintained this award as of the 2013 Guide. The World's 50 Best Restaurants ranked the restaurant as the 53rd best in the world in 2010.
