LSR Group (Russian: ОАО «Группа ЛСР»), is a Russian real estate development, construction and building materials company, one of the leaders in the real estate and building materials in Russia. The company is headquartered in St. Petersburg. The total number of employees is about 16,000 people (2011).
As of 31 December 2010, Streetlink Ltd. had 62.2% of the company’s shares. The company’s top management owned 7.6%, 30.2% was in free float.
The company was founded in 1993. The company’s name derives from LenStroyRekonstruktsiya.
