Lance Graye McCullers (born March 8, 1964) is a former professional baseball pitcher. He played all or part of seven seasons in Major League Baseball for the San Diego Padres, New York Yankees, Detroit Tigers, and Texas Rangers. He was nicknamed "Baby Goose" after former big league pitcher Rich "Goose" Gossage.
McCullers's son, Lance McCullers Jr., pitches for the Houston Astros.
