Laura González Ospina (born February 22, 1995) is a Colombian actress, model and beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss Colombia 2017 and will represent Colombia at Miss Universe 2017 pageant.
Laura was born in Cali but since she was six months old her family took her to Cartagena. she attended high school in Cartagena Modern Gymnasium and dramatic art at the School of Education Actoral House Ensemble. she speaks English, French and Spanish. she participated in the telenovela La Cacica playing Chechi as young and also several films.
On 20 March 2017 Laura was crowned Miss Colombia 2017, she succeeds Miss Colombia 2016 Andrea Tovar, and will now represent Colombia at the Miss Universe 2017 pageant to be held later this year.
Laura will represent Colombia at Miss Universe 2017 where Iris Mittenaere of France will crown her successor at the end of the event.
