Le Flore is a town in Le Flore County, Oklahoma, United States. It is part of the Fort Smith, Arkansas-Oklahoma Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 190 at the 2010 census, an increase of 13.1 percent from 168 at the 2000 census.

Le Flore had its start about 1887 with the building of the Frisco railroad through that territory. According to the Encyclopedia of Oklahoma History and Culture, the town name honors the Le Flore family, who were prominent in this area.

Le Flore is located at 34°53′49″N 94°58′53″W / 34.89694°N 94.98139°W / 34.89694; -94.98139 (34.896948, -94.981375). It is about 25 miles (40 km) west of Poteau

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.4 square miles (3.6 km2), of which, 1.4 square miles (3.6 km2) of it is land and 0.71% is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 168 people, 65 households, and 47 families residing in the town. The population density was 120.7 people per square mile (46.7/km²). There were 79 housing units at an average density of 56.7 per square mile (21.9/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 67.26% White, 27.98% Native American, 0.60% Asian, and 4.17% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.60% of the population.
