Lillis (formerly, Sans Tache) is a former settlement in Fresno County, California. It was located on the railroad 2 miles (3.2 km) west of Laton, at an elevation of 253 feet (77 m). Lillis still appeared on maps as of 1927.
The name honors Simon C. Lillis, ranch superintendent. A post office operated at Lillis from 1890, to 1900 when the service transferred to Laton.
