Line 2 of the Dalian Metro (M2; Chinese: 大连地铁2号线; pinyin: Dàlián Dìtiě Èr Hào Xiàn), is a rapid transit line running in a "c" shape in central Dalian. The first section of Line 2 was open on the 22 May 2015. This line is 20.70 km (12.86 mi) long with 17 stations with 15.86 km (9.85 mi) and 11 stations are under construction.
