Lipniki [lipˈniki] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Rościszewo, within Sierpc County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) north-east of Rościszewo, 11 km (7 mi) east of Sierpc, and 112 km (70 mi) north-west of Warsaw.
