Lisa Philipps

Lisa Philipps is the interim Provost of York University. During her first year, Phillips was the public face of 2018 York University strike of contract faculty. Prior to her role as Provost, Phillips was a professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, where her research included criticism of governments that pursue balanced budgets.
