Proto-oncogene DBL is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MCF2 gene.

MCF2 is a member of a large family of GDP-GTP exchange factors that modulate the activity of small GTPases of the Rho family. Five-prime recombinations result in the loss of N-terminal codons, producing MCF2 variants with oncogenic potential.[supplied by OMIM]
