Maqellarë (Macedonian: Макелара, Makelara or Маќелари, Makjelari) is a village and a former municipality in the Dibër County, northeastern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision of the municipality Dibër. The population at the 2011 census was 10,662.
According to the early 20th century newspaper Debar voice, the village had 23 houses of the Bulgarian Exarchate and 25 Muslim houses.
Maqellare is today inhabited by both Albanians and Macedonians.
