WordWorld is an American CGI animated television series that debuted on PBS Kids. It was created by Don Moody, Jacqueline Moody, Peter Schneider and Gary Friedman. WordWorld was produced by The Learning Box and WTTW-TV. The series premiered on September 3, 2007 and ended on January 17, 2011 with 45 episodes and 3 seasons.
All the characters (Dog, Duck, Pig, Sheep etc.) are shaped like the words they are supposed to represent combined with the animal that they represent.

The Door to WordWorld the Movie is an animated comedy film that was released in theatres April 2007 released by Warner Bros. Pictures. It was produced by Legendary Pictures, The Learning Box Films, Playtone and Warner Bros. Feature Animation. A sequel to that was released in 2015 in the name of WordWorld 2! The WordFriends Revenge! Another sequel in the name of WordWorld 3! The Last WordMovie Ever! by Warner Animation Group and New Line Cinema was released June 2, 2017.
