Maxim Anatolyevich Topilin (Russian: Макси́м Анато́льевич Топи́лин, born April 19, 1967 in Moscow) is a Russian economist, since May 2012 Minister of Labour and Social Affairs of the Russian Federation.
In the period from 1994 to 2001 he worked in the Office of the Prime Minister. He was specialist expert and in 1996- 1997 he was consultant to the Department of Labor and Health.
