Mehmet Ashim Dragusha (Serbo-Croat: Mehmet Draguša) (born 9 October 1977 in Pristina) is an Albanian football midfielder playing for SV Elz in Germany.
Dragusha moved to the Slovenian Club Maribor in 1997 coming from FC Prishtina, and came to FC Sachsen Leipzig in 2000. He also played for Eintracht Trier and in the German Bundesliga for Eintracht Frankfurt. He played 134 matches and scored 12 goals.
Between 2003 and 2005, Dragusha played ten international games with Albania, scoring a single goal.
His brother is footballer Alban Dragusha.
