Michael Johnston is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Corey in MTV's supernatural drama series, Teen Wolf. Johnston is also a voice actor for animations and video games and starred in the 2016 comedy-drama indie film Slash.
Johnston grew up in North Carolina where at the age of 12 he started auditioning for voiceover's in commercials and animations in a recording studio he had set up in his bedroom. After graduating from high school early, he moved to Chicago where he studied acting at The Second City. Johnston was only in Chicago for six months before moving to Los Angeles.
Johnston has voiced characters for video games including: Dust: An Elysian Tail,Bee Wars and Tales of Zestiria. Johnston has also done voice work for TV series including: A Lull in the Sea,TOME: Terrain of Magical Expertise and voiced the lead role for Zak Storm.
Johnston appeared in the MTV series Awkward and plays Corey in MTV's Teen Wolf
Johnston has the lead role as Neil in the comedy-drama film Slash, where he plays a 15-year-old high school student who writes slash fiction. He also appeared in the indie horror film Bornless Ones
