Minister of Public Instruction and the Arts (Spain)

The following is a list of Ministers of Education of Spain and the denominations of the corresponding Spanish Ministry of Education, a department within the Government of Spain. Its establishment dates from the creation of the "Ministry of Public Instruction and the Arts" by royal decree on April 18, 1900, during the reign of Maria Christina of Austria. The present day department goes by the name, the "Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport".
