Nachalnik Kamchatki (Russian: Начальник Камчатки, "Chief of Kamchatka") is the second album of the Soviet rock band Kino. The name of the album refers to the 1967 Soviet film Nachalnik Chukotki (Russian: Начальник Чукотки, "Chief of Chukotka"). Kamchatka and Chukchi Peninsula are neighboring peninsulae and federal districts in the Russian Far East.
