Narcisa Lecuşanu (born 14 September 1976 in Bacău, Romania) is a retired Romanian handballer who played for the Romanian national team. She received a silver medal in the 2005 World Championship. She participated at the 2008 Summer Olympics in China, where Romania placed seventh.
