Nebo Center is a neighborhood and former census-designated place (CDP) in Barstow, San Bernardino County, California, United States. The population was 1,174 at the 2000 census. The City of Barstow annexed Nebo Center in 2001. The United States Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow is located at Nebo Center.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.6 square miles (6.7 km2). 2.5 square miles (6.5 km2) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) of it (0.78%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 1,174 people, 349 households, and 325 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 460.5 inhabitants per square mile (177.8/km²). There were 396 housing units at an average density of 155.3 per square mile (60.0/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 60.6% White, 16.3% African American, 1.3% Native American, 3.2% Asian, 1.2% Pacific Islander, 13.0% from other races, and 4.5% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 21.1% of the population.
