Nizhnedevitsky District (Russian: Нижнедевицкий райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the thirty-two in Voronezh Oblast, Russia. It is located in the northwest of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,196 square kilometers (462 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Nizhnedevitsk. Population: 20,611 (2010 Census);24,077 (2002 Census);29,577 (1989 Census). The population of the administrative center accounts for 28.3% of the district's total population.
