No Aloha is a song by indie rock band The Breeders on their 1993 platinum-selling album Last Splash. In 1994, it was released as the fourth single from the album.
The lyrics include the phrase "Motherhood means mental freeze" by the song's writer, "unrepentent divorcee" Kim Deal. The line was written on a wall on the female toilets in the recording studio where the demo for the song was recorded.
