North Pembroke is a census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Pembroke in Plymouth County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 3,292 at the 2010 census.

North Pembroke is located at 42°5′44″N 70°46′41″W / 42.09556°N 70.77806°W / 42.09556; -70.77806 (42.095518, -70.777921).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 11.4 km² (4.4 mi²), all land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2,913 people, 1,000 households, and 761 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 255.6/km² (661.8/mi²). There were 1,013 housing units at an average density of 88.9/km² (230.1/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 97.12% White, 0.45% African American, 1.00% Asian, 0.41% from other races, and 1.03% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.72% of the population.

There were 1,000 households out of which 40.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 64.6% were married couples living together, 7.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.8% were non-families. 19.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 6.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
