Oterleek is a village in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Alkmaar, and lies about 4 km south of Heerhugowaard.
Oterleek was a separate municipality between 1817 and 1970, when it was merged with Schermer.
In 2001, the village of Oterleek had 192 inhabitants. The built-up area of the village was 0.043 km², and contained 73 residences. The statistical area "Oterleek", which also can include the peripheral parts of the village, as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 420.
