Pavel Bečka (born November 7, 1970) is a former Czech professional basketball player. Strauch mainly played as center and spent the majority of his career with EWE Baskets Oldenburg. His jersey number 8 was retired by the club. Bečka also represented the Czech national basketball team and the Czechoslovakia national basketball team. He played at EuroBasket 1991 and 1999.
