Posadowo [pɔsaˈdɔvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lwówek, within Nowy Tomyśl County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-east of Lwówek, 18 km (11 mi) north of Nowy Tomyśl, and 47 km (29 mi) west of the regional capital Poznań.
