R. Watts

Richard Watts, whose work is identified under the signature R. Watts, was an early XIX century English printer of Crown Court, Temple Bar. He printed for the University of Cambridge from 1802 until 1809 (a switch to stenotype was made by the school in 1804). Engravings by W.M. Watts show up in the 1850s also with an identification of Crown Court, Temple Bar.
