Radiator Hospital released their first full-length album in 2010 titled My Most Imaginary Friend. In 2011, Radiator Hospital released their second full-length album titled Nothin' In My Eyes. In 2012, Radiator Hospital released an EP titled Some Distant Moon. In 2013, Radiator Hospital released their third full-length album titled Something Wild via Salinas Records.
