Ranilug (on Serbian, Ранилуг) or Ranillug (on Albanian, Ranillugu), is a town and municipality located in the District of Gjilan of Kosovo. The municipality comprises 12 villages and as of 2014 has a population of 3,835.
One municipal health centre as well as five health houses operate in the municipality. In 2011 a new police station was inaugurated. The police force is composed of ten Albanian and ten Serb officers.
The education system of the municipality consists of one kindergarten, two primary and two secondary schools.
